Hello one and all,
I am Marti Jacques from Corby Town Northants, England. Ever since i was seven i have wanted to be a model and as i have decided to start pursuing my dream career, i felt that a blog documenting my progress was a good idea.
So a little about me then:
Age:17
D.O.B: 11th march 1992
Occupation:Student
Willing to work anywhere in the country but preferably local as i cannot drive at the present time, local jobs will pay for my lessons so eventually i can go further places.
What made me decide to go for modelling now im close to 18?
well last year i did a photography course , i passed and soo did everyone else on the course, however they all had pictures of me as all i did was model for them half the time.I am now in a sports course which finishes this year,but the modelling has always stuck out to me.
Today i sent off a few online applications to some agencies i wonder if i will hear anything?
An Amateur photographer looking to break into sports photography has expressed interest in using me for a piece, i think it will be good as i can use some of his photo's in my portfolio.
its going to be a long journey but hopefully i will be rewarded with my dream

Well i have been pre-occupied with my sports injury and my upcoming birthday to update this blog atm but the photographer who came down to my house sent me a few of the pictures today, i have two of them here, I Am hoping you like them, talk again soon :)
